EXTRACT QF MINUTES OF MEETING �F THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CrTY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rneeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27�' day of February, 200b, at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The follovving members were present: <br />Couneil Member introduced the following resolutian and moved its adaption: <br />RESOLUTTON NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR R05E HILL <br />ALLIANCE CHURCH 2105 RQSELAWN AVENUE, TN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />SECTIQN �Q13 OF THE ROSEVrLLE CITY CODE ALLOWING TWO ADD�TIONS <br />TOTALING 4,012 SQ. FT ON TO THE EXIST�NG STRUCTURE {PF3705) <br />WHEREAS, Rose Hill Alliance Ch�rcl� has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />in accordance with Section 1413 af the Roseville City Code to al�ow the construction two <br />additions totaling 4,012 sq. ft. on to the existing church & school; and <br />WHEREAS, the property {2105 Roselawn Avenue} is legally described as: <br />The So�th 1/z of Lot 15, Boarda�an's Five Acre Lots <br />PIN 17-29-23-14-OOS3 <br />WHEREAS, Sectian �00�.015 requires churches within Roseville to receive a <br />Conditional Use Permit consistent wit� Sectian 1013 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the propasal by Rose Hill A1liance Cf�urch seelcs to construct a much needed <br />handicapped accessible entry, added classrooms, Iibrary and office spaces %r it sch.00i, and <br />ancillary improvements to the site, all meeting the requirement of Section 1004 {pertaining to <br />churches); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 1, 2006 <br />concluding that the proposed iz�provements sought by Rose Hill Alliance Church are consistent <br />with t�� criterza of Sectian 1013 of the Roseville City Cnde; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Coznanr�zssian vated (6-0) to recomrr�end approval ofthe <br />request, subject to 9 conditions. <br />
