There is an existing church on Rosefawn A�e. <br />just east of Cleveland Ave in Roseville. They are proposing io do an addition to the <br />entrance and add a couple classrooms on the west side. The total building addition is <br />gaing to be about 225p sf and the new imper�ious surface will be about 1550 sf. We will <br />not be changing any drainage or adding any starm sewer. There is some sort of a pond <br />on ihe wesi side of the property that the buifding additions wilf cnntin�ae tn drain to. This <br />does fall in the FiCWD, but I am woncfering if we need to get a permit from you for this <br />additian. The address is 21 f}50 Roselawn Ave. and the P1D is 172923140p83.
