EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and naiice thereof, a regular meeting of the Ciiy Council of the City of Roseviile, <br />Minnesota, was �eld in the City Hall in said City on Monday, Monday, the 27th day of February, 200b <br />at 6:00 p.rn. <br />The following members were present: and the following were ab�ent: <br />Councilmember introduced and moved the adoption of the �ollowing resaluiion: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION SUPP�RTING MINNESOTA DNR <br />2006 LOCAL TRAIL CONNECTIONS GRANT APPLICATION <br />WHEREAS the City of Falcon Heights is submitting the Roselawzz Avenue trail to the Minnesota <br />DNR for their 2q06 Lacal Trail CannectiQns grant pr�grar� <br />AND WHEREAS this trail along Roselawn Avenue is being canstructed as a part nf City Project <br />No. 06-02 Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction; <br />AND WHEREAS this propasec� firail will benefit both Roseville and Falcon Heights residents; <br />THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oifihe City of Roseville, Minnesata, hereby <br />supports the proposed Minnesota DNR 20Q6 Local Trail Connections grant applicatian for the <br />Roselawn Avenue pathway. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: and the followi�ag voted against <br />the same: . <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
