RES�LUTION FOR CITY COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, munici�alities s}�ould have the right to determine how their <br />elections should be conducted; and <br />WHEREAS, �sing ranked �ote processes can allow municipalities to <br />achie�e representati�e elections without the expense and iow turnout of a <br />primary; <br />WHEREAS, the League of Women Voters of Minnesota has approved <br />Instant Rtanoff Voting for Minnesota efections; <br />N�W THEREFORE, [T 1S RESOLVED THAT: <br />1. T�e Minnesota [egislature should allow all municipalities to choose <br />ranked �ofe elecfians. <br />2. The Leag�ae of Cities should support such leg�slafion. <br />
