POLiCY OBJECTIVE <br />The Ci�y Council has annually approved the staging of the Rose Parade. This year, due <br />ta the route changes, staff is requesting appraval of the RunlRall event as well. <br />FINANCEAL IMP�ICATION <br />The Rose Parade and the RunlRoll for fh� Rases are paid far from fees, sponsorships <br />and donations. Staff time is used to coordinate t�e planning and for setup and cleanup <br />of the routes. <br />STAFF RECUMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of �he 2006 Rose Parade scheduled for Monday June 26, <br />2006 and the RunlRoll for the Roses scheduled for Saturday June 24, 2006. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motior� authorizing tF�e 20D6 Rase Parade and the 2�06 RunlRall for the Rases as <br />described. <br />
