"Grantee" means the person to whom a f�anchise has <br />been granted by a party. <br />Section 5. "Mem%er" means a municipality which er�ters inta this <br />ag ree�men� . <br />V. MEMBERSHIP <br />Section 1. The municipalities of Arden Hills, Falcan Heic�i�ts, <br />Lauderdale, Little Car�ada, Mour�ds View, New Brighton, Narth Oaks, <br />Roseville, 5t. Anthony, and Shar�view ar� eligib[e to be rr�embers af <br />Che Con�mission. <br />' S�ction 2.
