Section 6. The Commission shall cause an annuai, independent <br />audit of its baoks io be mad� and shali make an annua� financiai <br />accounting and report in w�iting ta the members. Its boaks and <br />recarcis shall f�e available for and open tn examinaiior� by the members <br />at ail reasonable times. TI-�e Commission shall establish i�s annual <br />budge� as provided in tl-�is agreemer�t. <br />Section 7. The Cammission may delegate au�hority to its execu- <br />tive cornmittee.
