EvaIuation is based an two criieria. Th� first is the pracess <br />in Cerrns of quality, expez�ea�ees, and cornplianee with the work �lan/contract. The secand is in <br />achievement of results and outc�mes. It provides consulting services, project <br />rnanagement, and policy analysis to governznent a�d nonprafit organizatians that want to make a <br />posi.tzve difference in the li�es of those they serve.
