City Council Reg�ular Meet�ng — 0211310b <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 2 <br />�arom Roseville Area High School who had participated in the Winners <br />Roseville Human Rights Commission Essay Contest, their <br />paarents and teach�rs, and members af the Human Rights <br />Commission in at�endance. <br />Human Rights Commission Chair Janet Delmore reviewed ihis <br />year's question of participants; and explained the anonymous <br />review of more �han 270 essays from two schools that had been <br />submitted to Commissioners �'or consideraiian. <br />Ms. Delmore invited the First, Second and Third place essay <br />winners to read their essay at that time.
