John Goedel�e, 2674 Virginia Avenue <br />Mr. Goedeke concurred with comments previously made <br />regarding Ms. Demos and her ability to serve as a catalyst <br />to get people involved in local government; and reeogniz�d <br />her planning and organization in the creation and vision of <br />the 4VAL. <br />D. Polly Franke, former Councilmembe�r <br />Ms. Franke thanked the City Council and staff for <br />preparing the Proclamation recognizing Ms. Demos; and <br />noted her participation in the greater metropo�itan <br />community as a dedicated public servant who sei a great <br />example and left an impressive Iegacy; opining that <br />Rosevi�le is what it is taday due to her influence. Ms. <br />Franke asked that staff provid� a copy of tonight's meetzng <br />to Ms. Demos' family. <br />E.
