Ken Florian, 440 Glenwood Street <br />Mr. Florian encouraged balance in the community and <br />among the City Council, and encouraged limi�ing time for <br />public camment in an effort to discourage uncanstructive <br />criticism of the City's elected off cials and �taff. Mr. <br />Florian opined �hat, all in a�l, the Ci�y Counczl was daing a <br />gaad job was nat expected to know everything, and that <br />while he may no� persanally agree with all <br />Councilmembers all the time, th�y were each ded�ea�ed �o <br />doing what was best for the City of Rasevilie. Mr. Florian, <br />identifying himself as "part af the silent majority," further <br />opined that repe�itious accusations of "fl.zp flopping," and <br />con�inual cutting people down, whether Counci�members <br />or staff, served no productive purpose and was �ire�ome, <br />and encouraged thase perpeival complainants to "leave the <br />Council alone to do their job. Mr. Florian cancluded by <br />further opining tlaat staff did an outsianding job, and <br />specif cally recognized and offered his persona� thanks to <br />City Manager Beets, Communiiy Development Director <br />Dennis Welsch, and Public Works Directar Duane <br />Schwariz. <br />G. John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn opined that, thankfully, the City Council <br />had provided �or a long history of public comment. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn alleged that inaccurate information had <br />been brought farward at the previous Council meeting by a <br />"political group" related �o Dar. David Schultz and ethics <br />issues, and referenced the video taped meeting of May 20, <br />�aaz. <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn also opined that Cauncilmember Kough <br />had been treated unfairly in his concerns expr�ss�d related <br />io the parking issues at and around Northwestern College; <br />alleging �hat, in his review of Council minutes, the Ci�y <br />Council, while having discussed signage, had not voted on <br />ins�al�ing signage, but that staff had taken it upon <br />
