City Council Regular Meeting — 02/27/06 <br />DRA.FT Minutes - Page 31 <br />14. <br />were serving respectively on the North Suburban <br />Communications Commission (NSCC) and Ramsey County <br />League of Local Governments (RCLLG); and sought Council <br />discussion as to their continuation in those roles. Both <br />Councilmembers Kough and Ihlan expressed their desire to <br />continue their service. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that Councilmember Pust had expressed <br />an interest in serving in a liaison role to the Roseville School <br />District Board and Planning Commission. <br />Councilmember Maschka opined the need for the City to resume <br />their regional leadership role and discuss that role as part of <br />future planning issues. <br />Councilmember Ihlan noted that the City was entitled to two <br />board delegates on the RCLLG, and the meetings were open to <br />all Councilmembers; and suggested the Council may wish to <br />consider appointment of another delegate or an alternate. <br />Councilmember Pust expressed her willingness to serve where <br />ever needed. <br />Mayor Klausing, with Council consensus, appointed <br />Councilmember Pust to serve as a delegate to the RCLLG; and <br />concurred with Councilmember Maschka's comment regarding <br />the City's need to be a part of the broader and regional solutions. <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn opined that the reason for getting out of regional <br />organizations was due to the historical dismal attendance record <br />of Roseville representatives. <br />Mayor Klausing advised that future decisions could be made <br />related to an alternate for the NSCC, noting that it didn't have to <br />be a Council person. <br />Discuss Entrance to the James Addition Subdivision at <br />Snelling and Qak�r�st Avenue <br />Councilmember Kough requested this item, in light of the <br />January 27,20061etter from Mn�O�'. <br />Entrance to the <br />James Addition <br />Subdivision at <br />Snelling and <br />
