City of <br />��1 � <br />'��rl� <br />Minnesbta, 2JSA <br />Date: 03/13/06 <br />Item: 2.b <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting <br />�f 02/27/06 <br />City Council Meeting <br />City Council Chambe�s, 2660 Civic Cente� D�ive <br />DRAFT—Min utes—DRAFT <br />Monday, Feb�ua�y 27,2006 <br />Long-Range Strategic Planning and Related Activities <br />At a Special Session of the City Council, beginning at 4:30 p.m., <br />Councilmembers met with Consultant Barbara Raye about <br />learning styles and long-range strategic planning. <br />All Councilmembers were in attendance. <br />Staff inembers in attendance were: City Manager Neal Beets; <br />Finance Director Chris Miller; Police Chief Carol Sletner; Fire <br />Chief Rich Gasaway; Public Works Director Duane Schwartz; <br />and Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke. <br />Special Session <br />4.30 p.m. <br />Long-Range <br />Strategic Planning <br />and Related <br />Activities <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at appr�xin�ately 5:55 p.m. <br />and reconvened at approximately 6:00 p.m. <br />Call Roll Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council <br />regular meeting at approximately 6:4U p.m. and welcomed <br />everyone. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Maschka and Mayor <br />Klausing. All were present. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing noted that he was amending the Agenda to <br />consider Agenda Item S.a entitled, "Accept $692,000 Grant <br />Certificate from Metropolitan Council's Tax Base Revitalization <br />Fund for Twin Lakes," at this time to facilitate the schedule of <br />Approve Agenda <br />_ <br />� <br />
