Long range the City <br />should see some savings due to the limits and constraints of the capped liabilities. <br />Council Action Reanested <br />I respectfully request a motion to direct staff to move forward with the necessary <br />document and program changes to implement the PTO program July 1 Si, 2006. <br />Therefore, directing staff to prepare the necessary documents for execution, and City <br />Attorney approval as to legal form. <br />
