In addition, as noted, the training program submitted late in this case appears to be below <br />tl7e standards established by the Chief in l�is approval of the training programs submitted <br />by other liquor licensees. <br />For all the foregoing reasons, I support the decision of the Police Department in this case. <br />I z-egret that the City had to take this action. Our goal is compliance, not penalties. �I hope <br />that the Outback can co�r�ply at all times with the Liquor Code, including those <br />provisions dealing with serving minors.
