The demeanor of yourself and the Commander suggests to me that <br />you take your liquor serving duties very seriously; <br />• You acknowledge that serving alcohol to minors is a serious <br />offense: and <br />* The terms and conditions of my decision below are sufficiently <br />stringent that they will not encourage other licensees to try to skirt <br />their liquor serving duties or the City's enforcement program. <br />Therefore, I make the following decision: I am STAYIl�TG the suspension <br />of your liquor license in this case subject to your compliance with the <br />following conditions: <br />l. By Wednesday, November 9, pay $500 to the City of Roseville to <br />cover our enforcement and hearing costs; <br />2. By Friday, November 18, file all necessary paperwork with the <br />Roseville Police Department to participate in Roseville's Manager <br />and Server Training Program; then, the VFW must fully comply <br />with all requirements of that program for at least two years. (I'm <br />hopeful that you will continue participation under that Program <br />longer than two years, but it is not a condition of this decision.) <br />3. If the V�`W were to fail another liquor compliance check, for any <br />reason, within 12 months of the date of this letter, the one-day <br />suspension of your liquor license that has been stayed above will <br />be re-imposed.
