TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE EXTENSION OF TELEPHONY SERVICES <br />AND NETWORK SUPPORT TO THE CITY OF LAUDE��A,I�E <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and between the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, a <br />Miz��eso�a n1u�licipal coi-�oratior� ("Roseville"), ai�c� the CITY OF LAUDERDALE a <br />Minnesota municipal corporation ("Lauderdale"), is effective upon the execution of this <br />Agreement by the named officers of both cities. <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, Lauderdale owns Cisco Internetworl�ing Protocol (IP) telephony handsets, <br />and other Cisco IP telephony peripheral equipment and; <br />WHEREAS, Lauderdale requires access to Cisco Il' telephony control equipment which <br />includes Call Manager, Unity Voice Mail, and other associated Cisco Il' control devices and; <br />WHEREAS, Lauderdale requires technical support to operate and maintain this <br />equipment and; <br />WHEREAS, ROSEVILLE has existing Cisco Internet Protocol (IP) control equipment <br />capable which can be extended to Lauderdale <br />WHEREAS, ROSEVILLE has an established �ilformatzon Technology Department and <br />technical employees that are able to provide the services required by Lauderdale, and; <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.59 authorizes political subdivisions of the State to <br />enter into Joi�1t Powers Agreements for the joint exercise ofpowers common to each. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually stipulated and agreed to as follows: <br />��x;� -� <br />
