A five-member board appointed by the Roseville and Shoreview City <br />Councils governs GLWMO. Board members serve three-yearterms — with two members from <br />Roseville and two fr�m Shoreview. Appointment of the fifth member is rotated between the two <br />cities. For 2006 the fifth member is appointed by Shoreview. <br />Tracy Mogg and Rous Famham are the current members fi-om Roseville. However, because of <br />health reasons, Rous Famham has resigned from this position. Staff advertised for the resultant <br />vacancy as required by state statute. The City Manager's Office received one application for this <br />vacancy from Jim Stark. He will be eligible for reappointment at that <br />time to an additional tez�. <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Motion reappointing Jim Stark to the Grass Lake Watershed Management Organization Board <br />with a term to expire December 31,2006. <br />
