PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT <br />BIRCH PARK <br />AGREEMENT, dated , 2006, is entered into between the CITY OF ROSEVILLE, a <br />Minnesota municipal corporation, of 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113 ("CITY"), <br />and �Zon Anderson Construction, ("the DEVELOPER). <br />1. Request for Plat approval. The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a plat of land to <br />be known as BIRCH PARK (also referred to in this contract as the "plat"). The land is legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot 12-15 , Block 2 Frankson's Garden Plateau <br />2. Conditions of Plat Approval. <br />:� Street widths & design considerations: Developer shall construct Parker Court. 271 <br />feet more of less of 28- foot wide (face to face) bituminous street with B618 concrete <br />curb ancl gutter, with an 80 foot diameter cul-de-sac, Parking shall be restricted to the <br />east side of the street. "No parking this side of the street" signs shall be installed at <br />station 0+30, and 2+10. The typical section of pavement for the street shall conform <br />with City specification 700 and Mn/DOT specification 2350. (1.5 inches <br />LVWE35030B/ 3 inches LVNW35030B/ 8 inches of Class 5-100% crushed <br />limestone) <br />li. Watermain construction: All watermain shall be constructed to meet city <br />specifications. All curb boxes shall be Mueller M 10300 through 1" and H-10836 for <br />1 1/2" and 2" or equal, with foot piece and equipped with stationary rod equal to <br />Mueller No. 84274, A. Y. McDonald 5671. All boxes shall be adjustable up and <br />down for 6.S to 7.5' of cover. If any curb boxes are installed that do not meet city <br />specifications, the DEVELOPER shall be responsible to remove and replace them <br />with curb boxes that meet city specifications. <br />Sanitary sewer construction: All sanitary sewer pipe and services shall be constructed <br />according to City specifications. <br />I). Restoration of Parker Avenue: curb cuts and street cuts shall be reconstructed to <br />match existing street typical section. Curbs proposed to be replaced shall have a <br />minimum of 3 feet of bituminous saw cut out to allow for proper compaction. Utility <br />trenches shall be restored by the DEVELOPER per City standard plate No. 3. Utility <br />Trench Restoration (typical pavement 5 years old to 5 year project). <br />Storm sewer construction: Storm sewer facilities shall be installed to conform to City <br />of Roseville code standards. All facilities shall be installed according the City details <br />and specifications. Plans shall be approved by Capitol Region Watershed District. <br />Page I of 9 <br />
