��� <br />��� <br />In Appreciation <br />Distinguished Service to <br />Date: 05/08/06 <br />Item: S.a <br />Proclamation �onarin� Al Kehr's <br />Distinguished Service to the City <br />of Roseville <br />of �►� I�ehr'� <br />the City of Roseville <br />Whereas: Alvin F. and Margaret E. Kehr lived in the City of Roseville for most of <br />their lives and raised their son Curtis here; and <br />Whereas: A� Kehr dedicated himself to improving the City of Roseville and served <br />the community from 1978 to 1989 as a member of the Roseville City Council; and <br />Whereas: AI Kehr was an active contributor making the world a better place by <br />raising funds to benefit Roseville Parks, in particular the Lion's Pavilion in Central Park, <br />and collecting more than 5,000 pairs of eye glasses for the Optical Mission to Honduras, <br />among many other generous acts; and <br />Whereas: A1 Kehr will be remembered for his feisty personality and good sense of <br />humor; and <br />Whereas: the Roseville City Council grieves the passing of one of Roseville's leaders. <br />Now, Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Roseville City Council, on behalf of its <br />citizens, extends to the Kehr Family our deepest sympathy and great appreciation for the <br />generosity that A1 Kehr has shown to the City of Roseville. <br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the City of <br />Roseville to be affixed this 8th day of May 2006. <br />Craig D.
