City Council Regular Meeting— OS/22/06 DRAFT Minutes - Page 31 Councilmembers provide their proposed amendments to the City Attorney's office to allow incorporation and consolidation of all items; in an effort to draft a document that would receive unanimous approval by the City Council, rather than ongoing amendments at the bench. Councilmember Kough requested a"strike out" version to save time and effort for Councilmembers' review. Councilmember Ihlan expressed concern that responses to concerns weren't often included in the drafts from the City Attorney's office. Mayor Klausing expressed his willingness to further consider the "No Consultant" version; and suggested that the document, as amended with elimination of Paragraph F entitled, "Use of Position" for additional comment from the Council and public. Klausing moved, Kough seconded, tabling action on the proposed Ethics Commission Ordinance until the June 12, 2006 regular City Council meeting. Roll Cail Ayes: Pust; Maschka; Ihlan; Kough and Klausing. Nays: None. 10. Consider a Revised Cost-Sharing Agreement with the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority for Visioning Costs City Manager Beets provided a revised cost-sharing agreement between the City of Roseville and the City's Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for funding the Community Visioning Process; with the ��2A committing to $13,000 of the base consultant contract price of approximately $33,000; and the City responsible for all remaining costs. Klausing moved, Pust seconded, approval of a revised cost- sharing agreement between the City of Roseville and the Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), for a City Visioning Process; in an amount not to exceed $13,000 for the cost-share portion to the HRA.
