City Council Regular Meeting— OS/22/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 31 <br />Councilmembers provide their proposed amendments to the City <br />Attorney's office to allow incorporation and consolidation of all <br />items; in an effort to draft a document that would receive <br />unanimous approval by the City Council, rather than ongoing <br />amendments at the bench. <br />Councilmember Kough requested a"strike out" version to save <br />time and effort for Councilmembers' review. <br />Councilmember Ihlan expressed concern that responses to <br />concerns weren't often included in the drafts from the City <br />Attorney's office. <br />Mayor Klausing expressed his willingness to further consider the <br />"No Consultant" version; and suggested that the document, as <br />amended with elimination of Paragraph F entitled, "Use of <br />Position" for additional comment from the Council and public. <br />Klausing moved, Kough seconded, tabling action on the <br />proposed Ethics Commission Ordinance until the June 12, 2006 <br />regular City Council meeting. <br />Roll Cail <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka; Ihlan; Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />10. Consider a Revised Cost-Sharing Agreement with the <br />Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority for <br />Visioning Costs <br />City Manager Beets provided a revised cost-sharing agreement <br />between the City of Roseville and the City's Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for funding the Community <br />Visioning Process; with the ��2A committing to $13,000 of the <br />base consultant contract price of approximately $33,000; and the <br />City responsible for all remaining costs. <br />Klausing moved, Pust seconded, approval of a revised cost- <br />sharing agreement between the City of Roseville and the <br />Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), for a <br />City Visioning Process; in an amount not to exceed $13,000 for <br />the cost-share portion to the HRA. <br />Revised Co�t- <br />Sharing Agreement <br />with the Roseville <br />Housing and <br />Redevelopment <br />Authority for <br />Visioning Costs <br />
