The contractor selected by Roseville Twin Lakes LLC shall erect silt fencing <br />around tl�e periphery of the parcel as a"best management practice" to control <br />potential stockpile erosion during in the event of a rain storm — said erosion <br />control plan to be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />*, Water and dust palliatives shall be used to control dust from trucks on unpaved <br />roads and during the cr�zshing/recyc�ing operation and as required by City staff. <br />�_ Street sweeping shall be used as necessary or as requiredby the Public Works or <br />Community Development Department (per the City Street Cleaning Policy — <br />attached) to reduce dirt from affecting adjacent roadway surfaces. <br />�_ Truck hauling of material to be recycled and that to be replaced as base material <br />shall utilize an interior road system whereiwhen possible to �.�i�miz� traffic <br />impacts on County Road C, which interior road shall use dust agents or be <br />watered daily. <br />G. Hours of operation shall be limited from `�:00 .a.m. to 8:04 p.zaa. weekdays and <br />7':OQ a.m. to 7,OQ p.m. on Saturday. <br />:�- The Interim Use Permit shall be allowed for a period of one year (May 2006 to <br />May 2007) unless otherwise requested by Roseville Twin Lal{es LLC three <br />months prior (February 22,2007) to this expiration date. <br />�, The Interim Use Permit shall be co�3s�stei�t with the site plan (sheet 3a — Interim <br />Use Staging) and shall comply with the best management practices as outlined in <br />the letter by Theresa Greenfield dated April 21, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolutionwas declared duly passed and adopted. <br />� <br />
