���y� _ <br />�;�.� ��'� �w-'�r-+�� <br />� ���� <br />����'T OF MINUTES �F I��EETING OF THE <br />�T'I'X COUNCIL OF THE �'�x� OF :������,L� <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the � z��` day of May, 2006 at 6:04 p.��n. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following Members were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR ROSEVILLE TWIN <br />LAKES LLC AT 2814 CLEVELAND AVENUE (I'�37i7} <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Twin Lakes LLC has requested an Ii�T�RiM USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to allow the operation a temporary <br />concrete & asphalt recycling facility at 2814 Cleveland Avenue (Dorso parcel); and <br />WHEREAS, the subject, generally described as: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3,1$, i9, and 20, Block A, Twin View, Subject to roadway <br />PIN O�t�29-�3-3��-�Ofll, 0�)OZ, and 0003 <br />WHEREAS, Section J.Q12.49A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use permit; and <br />WI-IEREAS, Roseville Twix1 Lakes LLC and their contractor Frattaloiie Companies, <br />proposes to operate a ternparaiy concrete & asphalt recycling site on the subject property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested Interim Use Permit and voted (6-0) to recommended approval, based on the comments <br />outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6(as revised by the Commission) of the <br />project report dated May 3,2006. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Roseville Twin Lakes LLC and Frattalone Contracting an interim use permit consistent with <br />Section 1012.09 A and � ofi ihe Rosevillc City Codc; allowing a temporary concrete & asphalt <br />recycling operation on property addressed as 2814 Cleveland Avenue (re�'erred to as ihe Dorso <br />parcel) bas�d on the comments in Section 5 of the project report dated May 22,2006, and the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The temporary recycling of former structures and parking la�/road base material <br />shall be only from those structures, roadways and parking areas contained within <br />Phase I of Twin Lakes. <br />� <br />
