The Public WorkslEngineeri;�g and <br />Community Development Departments concur with the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />.�. ] ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING 2420 Cleveland Avenue from I-1, Light <br />Industrial District to B-2, Retail Business District (see Section 11 for detailed action). <br />;,�.
