Building permit and sign permit submittals shall be consistent with the plan set <br />dated May 30,2006 and shall be reviewed and approved by the City Planner prior <br />to the issuance of a permit. <br />L. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire within six months after the <br />approval date (November 19,2006) unless the applicant has been granted a <br />building permit. <br />i�_� PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br />1�, E On June 7,2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the LA Fitness REZONING/CUNDTT�O�`A� USE PERMIT request. At the meeting no <br />citizens or adjacentproperiyowners addressedthe Commission. <br />��.:?
