ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 2420 CLEVELAND AVENUE FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (i-1) <br />TO RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 3758, the following property, located at 2420 <br />Cleveland Avenue and legally described as: <br />ATTACHED <br />PIN 09-29-23-32-0003 <br />is hereby rezoned from Light Industrial District (�-1) to Retail Business District (B-2). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br />Zoning Map shall talce effect upon: <br />1.
