SECTION 3. Section 1005 (Business Districts) is hereby amended by modifying the following subsections as follows: Section 1005.03, B-1-B, Limited Retail District: Section f 005.03A2: Restaurant, Class I,11,111, IV, and VI, excluding live entertainmentor dancing. Section 1005.03B5: Restaurant, Class �Y where drive-through facilities are provided, Class �'V including live entertainmentand patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include non-patron dancers or models, and Class V. Section 1005.04, B-2, Retail Business District: Section 1005.DA�A8: Eliminate the Code Section. Section 3045.44A53: Restaurant, Class I, u, III, IV, and VI, excludinglive entertainmenta�id dancing. Section 1�05.04C I 5: Restaurant, Class II, where drive-through facilities are provided, and Class V. Section 1005.04C 16: Restaurant, Class IV including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include non-patron dancers or models. Section 1005.05, �3, General Busines� District: Section 10fl5.�5A13: Restaurant, Class I, TT, T�I, IV and VI including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include non-patron dancers or models. Section 1(lOS.05C�: Eliminate this Code Section. Section 10(}5.05C14: Restaurant, Class II, where drive-through facilities are provided, Class N including live entertainment and patron dancing, except that such entertainment shall not include dancers or models, and Class V.
