If the City notifies the Contractor to cease collection of a particular recyclable, the partiesshallimmediatelymeetto renegotiatethe perunit fee forservice. In the event thatthe parties disagree on the question of whether there is a marketfor a particular recyclable or on the economic feasibilityof that market, the disagreementshall be submitted to binding arbitration. I n this case, each p�Ly shall name an arbitrator, and the two shall selecta third person to serve as chairpersonofthearbitrationpanel. Thearbitrationpanelshallmeetanddecide said question within 60 days following agreement by the arbitrators to serve on the panel.
