All were present. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Special Joint Meeting with the Planning Commission Special Joint <br />Planning Commissioners present included Chair Mark 'I'raynar; Meeting with the <br />Commissioners Joe Wozniak; Kedrick White; Dan Roe; Jim Planning <br />Doherty; Dan Boerigter and Mary Sakernan. Commission <br />Chair Traynor thanked the City Council for the opportunity to <br />meet jointly with the City Council to foster communication. Mr. <br />Traynor spoke in support of the City's visioning process and <br />announced the upcoming brainstorming sessions scheduled for <br />Wednesday, June 21, from 7:00 — 8:0(} p.m. at the Roseville <br />Skating Center (2661 Civic Center Drive); and Thursday, June <br />22, from 3:OD — 4:0(� p.m. at the Faiarvz�w Community Center <br />(1910 West County Road B), seeking topics for discussion. <br />l.a Comprehensive Plan <br />Chair Traynor, Commissioners and Councilmembers held <br />an open discussion, reviewing the technical issues and <br />process to-date for updating the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />as mandated by the Metropolitan Council. <br />Discussion included incorporating the visioning process <br />with the Comprehensive Plan update, and applicable timing <br />
