The Community Development Department seeks to <br />ESTABLISH a PLANNED UlVIT DEVELOPMENTIAGREEN�ENT with specific <br />terms and conditions most notably those regulating permitted uses. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />x Application Submitted & determined Complete: May 18,2006. <br />■ 60 Day Review Deadline: July 17,2006 <br />■ Project Report Recommendation: June 7,2006. <br />■ Planning CommissionAction: 7-0 Approval Recommendation, June 7,2006 <br />x City Council Action: June 20,2006. <br />2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION. <br />2.1 On June 7,2006, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT request by ACR Homes and the <br />property at 2435 — 2495 Rice Street. After considering all the information and facts <br />presented during the hearing, the Commission voted (7-0) to recommend approval of the <br />request, subj ect to 3 conditions. The Community Development Department concurs with <br />the Planning Commission recommendation. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />3.1 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING the request by ACR Homes for an <br />AMENDED and ESTABLISHED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/AGREEMENT <br />for 2435 — 2459 Rice Street (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br />PF3730_RCA_062006.doc Page 1 �f'� <br />
