3.0 Suggested Council Action <br />Attached are two draft resolutions in support of C��T's funding request from MHFA and <br />Metropolitan Council through its Livable Communities Demonstration Funds. nLe t� the si�e <br />of the ap�lications. thev are not attached to this report. However. thev are available at City <br />Hall and through the Citv Mana�er's of�ce and can be forwarded bv email if requested. <br />The following are suggested actions, by consent, for support of the applications. <br />a. By resolution, support an application for Minnesota Housing Finance Agency <br />funding for the renovation and redevelopment of Har Mar Apartments in <br />Roseville by Central Community Housing Trust <br />b.
