FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS <br />This proposed agreement may result in an improved financial status of Roseville <br />Parks and Recreation, specifically at the Roseville Skating Center. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Based upon the review and recommendation of the City Attorney, RSC- Advisory <br />Committee, Friends of the OVAL Foundation (FOF) and the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission, staff recommends approval of the Recreation <br />Agreement between the City of Roseville and the Friends of the OVAL <br />Foundation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion authorizing the Mayor and City manager to sign the attached Recreation <br />Agreement between the City of Roseville and the Friends of the OVAL <br />Foundation (FOF). <br />
