City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 702 PERTAINING TO USE <br />AND REGULATION OF PUBLIC WATERS AND THE SPEED LIMIT ON <br />MCCARRONS LAKE <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION l: Title 7, Section 702.02 of the Roseville City Code is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />702.02: SPEED LIMITED: <br />No motorboat shall be operated on any public waters at a speed greater than <br />is reasonable and proper having due regard to safety of other boats and <br />person. On N�cCarrons Lake, Lake Owassa and Lake Josephine, no <br />motorboat shall be operated at a speed greater than forty (40) miles per <br />hour. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date.
