In addition to the letter, I have had oral communications with Mr. Christr�an, general <br />counsel for the restaurant, today, July 5. <br />Old Chica�o reauested that the Citv Council grant them a continuance to enable them to <br />secure outside counsel and to prepare for any subsequent hearing. We discussed that request in <br />our oral communication. While I indicated I would pass along the request, I also indicated that <br />
