�l� -�5-�� 3�=3] RQTWIK ROSZQK MALQN�Y 51� 339 �`� �,03 <br />Mr. Neal Beets <br />July 5,2006 <br />Page 2 <br />based upon my reading of the May 8 City Council resolution, as well as the Minnesota Open <br />Meeting Law, that the earliest the continuance could be considered would be at the meeting of <br />July 10. <br />After giving that information, I later received a message that Mr. Christman would be <br />flying in fram Colorado to attend the July 14 meeting, and a request that the matter be moved <br />up on the agenda if possible so that he might fly in and out in the same evening. I did leave a <br />message in response that I would pass along that request to the City, but that I doubted, given <br />the general order of business, that it could be moved up any further than 7:Q4 p.m. However, <br />that is something for the Council to decide at the July 10 meeting. <br />As ofthis date, we have not heard from the Roseville VFW or the Green Mill <br />Restaurant and Bar. If we receive any communication between now and Monday, I will <br />forward that to your attention immediately. <br />This brings you up to date on the matter.
