At the meeting, one <br />citizen addressed the Commission seel�ing clarification of the property to be divided. The <br />City Planner reviewed the map and described the location (vacant property between the <br />Snelling Avenue frontage road and Pascal Street, north of County Road C). <br />�.? The Planning Commissionvoted (5-0) to recommend approval of the two lot MSP <br />Addition PRELIMINARY PLAT based on the comments in Section 5 and the conditions <br />of Section 6 of the project report dated July 12,2006, subject to 3 conditions. <br />�-� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />`�.
