�.� The Roseville Planning Commissionvoted 5 to 1 to recommend approval of a <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT from LR, Low Density Residential to <br />MR, Medium Density Residential (town homes); voted 3 to 3 on the proposed <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT, creating 8 single family lots and 6 town home lots; voted 3 <br />to 3 on the proposed REZONING from B-1, Limited Business District to Planned <br />Unit Development with an underlying zoning of R-1, Single Family Residence <br />District (8 single family lots) and R-6, Townhouse District (6 town home lots); and <br />voted 3 to 3 on the GENERAL CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN. <br />14.� SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />t�. 3 Since the Planning Commission meeting of August 2,2006, the applicant has developed a <br />design that eliminates the four unit complex, creating a design that includes three, two <br />unit town home complexes. This design is the same as that presented to the Commission <br />under the SKETCH PLAN review in June which the Commission overwhelming <br />supported. <br />] U_� The proposal to create three twin units as opposed to one twin unit and a four unit <br />complex also addresses the majority of resident concern and objection, as well as those <br />comments of the Planning Commission. <br />l�i.; ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />AMENDMENT from LR, Low Density Residential to I!'�R, Medium Density <br />Residential (town homes). <br />]�J.� BY MOTION, APPROVE the PRELIMINARY PLAT, creating 8 single family lots <br />and 6 town home lots of three twin home units. <br />I{].� BY MOTION, APPROVE the REZONING from B-1, Limited Business District to <br />Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of R-1, Single Family <br />Residence District (8 single family lots) and R-6, Townhouse District (6 town home <br />lots).
