EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C�TY OF ROSEVZLL� Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the z�''` day of August, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LD) TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (MD) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2959 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF3G76). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on August 2,2006, pertaining to the request by Moser Homes and Zawadski Homes (in cooperationwith the Mounds View School District) for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property at 2959 Harnline Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from Low Density Residential (LD) to Medium Density Residential (MD); and WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: REQUIRES LEGAL WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval (5-1) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of August 28,2006 was presented with the project report and recommendation �rom the Planning Commission and from the Community Development Staff regarding the subject request; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council to hereby approve the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from Low Density Residential (LD) to Medium Density Residential (MD) to Business (B), subject to the following conditions: a. The review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
