<br />EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
<br />The successful candidate must possess a minimum
<br />of a master's degree or specialist certification, or
<br />equivalent and 11 - 12 years of related experience,
<br />or equivalent. Additionally, the candidate will
<br />have ten to twelve years of executive management
<br />experience, preferably in municipal government.
<br />Training in strategic planning, intergovernmental
<br />affairs, legislative advocacy, cor�sensus/team
<br />building, group facilitation and conflict resolution
<br />is desired. Candidates should be familiar with
<br />municipal budgeting, community and economic
<br />development, redevelopment and regional plan-
