RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ON BEHALF OF <br />THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN GOOD SAMARITAN SOCIETY <br />WHEREAS: <br />1. It has been proposed that the City Council of Roseville call for a public hearing <br />regarding The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society's (the "Society") desire to refinance <br />the debt currently outstanding with respect to the Roseville Good Samaritan Center, located at <br />1415 W. County Road B in the City (the "Project"). <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), as <br />follows: <br />1. Public Hearin�. This Council shall meet on Monday, October 9, 2006, at <br />approximately 6:04 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the Project as required by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 469.152 to 469.1651. <br />2. Notice of Hearing. The law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard is authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment A, to <br />be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City on September 22,2006. <br />Adopted by the City Council on September 18,2006 <br />����. i <br />
