Wthin 60 days of this notice the government body, if it wishes to withhold a property from sale <br />for a six-month period, must submit a written request. The request to withhold property from <br />sale must be in writing and accompanied by a certified resolution of the governing body stating <br />the request for the specific property. Anytime during the six-month period, the city or township <br />may acquire the parcel by use deed free of charge as long as it continues to be used for the <br />authorized public use. If no application is received within the six-month hold period, the property <br />will become available for public sale. Anytime during the six-month hold period or thereafter, if it <br />has not been sold at public sale, the city or township may acquire fee title to the property by <br />payment of the appraised value. <br />If you fail to respond to the County within the 60 days of the date of this letter, the classification <br />and sale of the parce! wiJ� be deemed to be approved.
