City Council Regular Meeting— 09/11/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 7 <br />� <br />5. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Ihlan; Kough; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Consider Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br />Items Removed <br />from Consent <br />4.a Reimbursable Twin Lakes Expenses Twin Lakes <br />Interim City Manager Miller briefly reviewed the costs for Expenses <br />Tax Increment District #17 related to professional services <br />for the Twin Lakes Project. <br />Pust moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the following <br />claims and payments as presented, and scheduled for <br />reimbursement by Rottlund Homes: <br />ACH Pa ments $5,336.28 <br />Total $5,336.28 <br />Councilrnember Ihlan spoke against the motion; opining that <br />with pending litigation it was prudent not to move forward <br />without additional resolution of the issues. <br />Councilrnember Kough concurred with Councilmember <br />Ihlan's comments; and opined his lack of support to-date of <br />the Twin Lakes Redevelopment project. <br />Councilmember Pust spoke in support of the motion; <br />opining that while the Development Agreement remained in <br />place, the City should seek reimbursement "for every dime <br />they had coming." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan and Kough. <br />Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br />Recognitions, <br />Donations, <br />Communications <br />
