City Council Regular Meeting — 09111106 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 6 <br />�.e <br />� <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Ihlan; Kough; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Holiday Home <br />Tour Raffle <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the award of Sanitary Sewer <br />bid for 2006 Sewer Main Lining Project to Veit & Mainlining Project <br />Company, Inc. of Rogers, MN, in an amount not to exceed <br />$101,204. <br />- Roll Call <br />- Ayes: Maschka; Ihlan; Kough; Pust and Klausing. <br />- Nays: None. <br />�i.f Accept Low Bid for the Installation of a Driveway and <br />Bleacher Heating System at the Roseville Skating <br />Cente�IGuic�an� John Rose Minnesota OVAL <br />Councilmember Kough sought clarification on the <br />specifications required for ongoing and future boiler <br />maintenance in the request for proposals. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke responded <br />that the specifications were based on efficiencies and the <br />best long-term product available, pursuant to ongoing and <br />future maintenance costs. <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, accepting the low bid from <br />Northern Air Corporation for the installation of a heating <br />system in the driveway and bleacher area at the Roseville <br />Skating Cent�r/Guida.nt John Rose Minnesota OVAL, in an <br />amount not to exceed $85,500, with the funds to be tal�en <br />from the City Risk Management Fund. <br />Roll C all <br />Ayes: Maschka; Ihlan; Kough; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, accepting Alternate # 1 for <br />the installation of a heated concrete slab in front of the <br />maintenance doors from Northern Air Corporation, in an <br />amount not to exceed $2,700, with funds to be taken from <br />the City Risk Management Fund. <br />Driveway and <br />Bleacher Heating <br />Guidant John Rose <br />Minnesota OVAL� <br />
