Additionally, we question the economicfeasibility of this development project <br />given the current real estate market conditions. This development would create <br />4 more homes in a notably soft real estate environment. <br />The homeowners of this neighborhood purchased properties for their <br />uniqueness. This last remaining area of Roseville was set aside over 10 years <br />ago for the preservation of wildlife, nature, mature trees and a quaint small <br />neighborhood atmosphere.
