Sept 19,2006
To: Roseville City Council
From: Acorn Road Neighborhood Home Owners
RE: Acorn Road Development Project
ACORN ROAD HISTORY
In 1995 Acorn Road was before the city council for street and storm sewer
improvements. After council review, it was resolved to make Acorn Road a one-
of-a-kind road because of its unique winding nature found nowhere else in
Roseville. The homeowners were assessed for special landscaping, tree and
'flowerplanting, and all agreed to No Parking on Acorn Road. Following the
street and storm sewer improvements, the road was to follow the same route as
before.
Mr. Mteller was the person heading the campaign for the road to be left alone
because it would devalue his property. (See attached letter to the city).
Over the past 1U +r, there have been two new homes built on Acorn Road;
one on a lot that was split and one home replacement. (See attached Acorn
Road map).
