MN SSII= <br />Dear Mr. Miller: <br />I understand that discussion of future development of Mounds View School District property at <br />2959 �Ta�-nli�ze Avenue North is scheduled for the September 11,2006 City Council meeting. I <br />will be unable to attend that meeting because our School Board also meets that evening. I will <br />be represented by John TVlaas and our attorney, Dan Co�tor�. I am hopeful that the changes Bob <br />Moser and Steve Zawadski have made to the development proposal wi�I result in positive action <br />by the City Council. <br />Should positive action be taken on September 11, I am requesting that the City Council also <br />consider adopting a resolution to sponsor our application to the Deparl��e��.t of Employment and <br />Economic Development (DEED) for a grant to complete the environmental clean-up of the site. <br />The Council may wish to pass such a resolution contingent upon the completion of the proper <br />DEED application and submission to city staff for review.
