General Election <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />3.h Adopt a Resolution in Support of Central Community <br />Housing Trust's Application to Ramsey County <br />Pust moved, Maschka seconded, adoption of Resolution No. <br />10438 entitled, "Resolution in Support of Central <br />Community Housing Trust's Application to the Ramsey <br />County Environmental Response Fund for the Har Mar <br />Apartment Revitalization Project." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough, Maschka; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Consider Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br />3.f Authorize a Switch to Weekly Collection of Recycling <br />Materials <br />Councilmember Ihlan expressed concern, that following <br />previous Council discussion and a recent article in the <br />Roseville Review, she had received numerous comments and <br />questions from citizens. Councilmember Ihlan further <br />advised that she had been in personal contact with Eureka <br />Recycling to obtain answers to their questions (i.e., double <br />fuel costs and vehicle emissions for more frequent curbside <br />pick up) and issues raised had been addressed by Eureka. <br />Councilmember Ihlan advised that Eureka was willing to <br />make a presentation to the City Council and public to <br />respond to concerns, and to respond to the important <br />environmental benefits in a weekly collection. <br />Councilmember Ihlan spoke in support of the weekly <br />collection; however, sought additional time to bring the <br />discussion into the public domain prior to Council action; <br />Resolution 10438 <br />Support CCHT's <br />Application to <br />�tamsey County <br />Items Removed <br />from the Consent <br />Agenda <br />Authorize a Switch <br />to Weekly <br />Collection of <br />Recycling Materials <br />
