CITY OF ROSEVILLE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT TffiS IS AN AGREEMENT entered into the 23rd day of October, 2006 by and between the City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the 'City', and E-Democracy.org, an independent contractor, hereinafter referred to a s the 'Consultant'. Mr. Tim Erickson shall serve as the local representative for E-Democracy. org. RECITALS: WHEREAS, the City has previously awarded a contract to Carroll, Franck and Associates for the purposes of coordinating and managing the City's Community Visioning Process, a copy of which is attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the City desires to award a supplemental contract to the Consultant for the purposes of establishing and managing an electronic issues forum that will allow greater citizen participation in the Community Visioning Process as well as other City Issues. NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows: I. Scope of Services. The Consultant shall perform those services described in the document entitled 'Roseville Issues Forum — Project Overview' a copy of which is attached hereto; and in conjunction with the requirements set forth in Section IV of this contract. Notwithstanding the requirez�z�enis set forth in Section IV, the following items are hereby agreed to: a) The Consultant shall establish the electronic issues forum as described in the 'Project Overview', and such forum shall be available and operational no later than July 31, 2006 b) The Consultant shall ensure that the electronic issues forum as described in the 'Project Overview' shall remain available and operational, at a minimum through June 12, 2007 I�. This agreement shall be effective upon execution by the Mayor and City Manager and continue until June 12, 2007, or until terminated by either party upon 30-day written notice thereof, whichever occurs first.
