EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF i�tiSEVTLLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, November 13,2006, at 6:00 o'clocic p.na. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION F1NAL ACCEPTANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED FOR APPLEWOOD POINTE WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, United Properties, contracted to have the utilities, streets, and parlcs constructed to serve the homes lying within Applewood Pointe; and WHEREAS, United Properties is requesting the City of Roseville accept ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements including, Applewood Court, Arona Street, Terrace Drive, sidewallcs, pathways, Applewood Parl�, Applewood Overloolc, sanitary sewer, watennain, storm sewer and iniiltration basins. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the worlc completed is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the iinal acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any worlc covering the replacement or repair of defective iteins commencing on November 13,2006, and expiring on November 13,2007. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilz�ae��ber and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and the following voted against �l�e same: . Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
