EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CI`I`'�'° COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of ilamsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13t� day of November, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: a��d the following Members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR WALSER AUTOMOTIVE GROUP & ST. PAUL PROPERTIES AT 2980 CLEVELAND AVENUE (PF3793} WHEREAS, Walser Automotive Group in cooperation with St. Paul Properties (land owner) has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to allow the temporary operation of an auto service garage at 2980 Cleveland Avenue; and �1VH��AS, the subject property is legally described as: REQUIRED LEGAL WHEREAS, Section IOI2.09A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an interim use permit; and WHEREAS, Walser Automotive Group propose to temporary relocate their existing service facility at 2775 Highway 35W during reconstruction of the dealership to a tenant space within the inulti tenant structure at 2980 Cleveland Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the requested Interim Use Permit and voted (6-0) to recommended approval, based on the comments outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6(as revised by the Commission) of the project report dated November 1,2006. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Walser Automotive Group and St. Paul Properties (land owner) and INTERIM USE PERMIT consistent with Section 1012.09 A and B of the Roseville City Code aliowing a temporary auto service garage on property addressed as 2980 Cleveland Avenue based on the comments in Section 5 of the project report dated November 13,2006, and the following conditions:
